Bavaro Dreams Travel Reseller Policy

1- Introduction

This Reseller Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions of the Bavaro Dreams Travel Reseller Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic and other applicable laws.

 

2 - Eligibility

2.1 The following may apply to the program:

  • Legally constituted travel agencies
  • Registered Tour Operators
  • Independent professionals in the tourism sector with a valid license

2.2 The Company reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.

 

3 - Registration Process

3.1 Interested parties must complete the online application form available on our website.

3.2 It is required to provide truthful information about the business and experience in the tourism sector.

3.3 Acceptance of the terms and conditions is mandatory.

3.4 The processing time for applications is approximately 5 business days.

 

4 - Commissions and Payments

4.1 Commissions can reach up to 15% on tour packages.

4.2 Resellers have access to exclusive wholesale rates.

4.3 Payments will be processed according to the terms agreed upon in each reseller's individual contract.

4.4 All transactions are subject to the tax laws of the Dominican Republic.

 

5 - Platform & Tools

5.1 Approved resellers will receive access to our online platform to manage bookings and sales.

5.2 Marketing tools and promotional materials will be provided.

5.3 Resellers may set their own prices and profit margins within the limits set by the Company.

 

6 - Support & Training

6.1 The Company offers dedicated technical support for resellers.

6.2 Ongoing training on destinations and products will be provided.

6.3 Support will be provided primarily through online and telephone channels.

 

7 - Package Customization

7.1 Resellers may customize packages for their customers within the parameters set forth on the platform.

7.2 Any customization must comply with the Company's policies and quality standards.

 

8 - Cancellations and Refunds

8.1 Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the Company's general terms and conditions.

8.2 Resellers must inform their customers about these policies before making a sale.

 

9 - Obligations of the Reseller

9.1 Comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the tourism sector.

9.2 Maintain the confidentiality of information provided by the Company.

9.3 Properly represent the Company's products and services.

9.4 Immediately report any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

 

10 - Termination of Agreement

10.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any reseller who violates this Policy or applicable laws.

10.2 Resellers may terminate their participation in the program with 30 days' written notice.

 

11 - Modifications to the Policy

The Company may modify this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect 30 days after notice to resellers.

12 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
